Hi. Do you feel bad?

Our free Feel Less Bad app might help.

Three reasons to try our app #

We built the app because we couldn’t find anything that matched what we wanted. If you share these requirements, this may be the right app for you.

A CBT workflow on our phone. When we were already struggling with negative thoughts the last thing we want to do is search for a useful worksheet and a pen. Our app puts an effective workflow on your phone and is available whenever you need it.

Privacy and safety. Writing out our feelings and thoughts is a crucial to reframing them. We wanted to be able to write out these very personal details without worrying about who could see them without our consent. Our policy is that your private data stays on your device. There is no sign up or personal information required to use the app.

A cause that we are happy supporting. We want as many people to benefit without cost being a deciding factor. The free version of the app includes the main workflows and can be used for as long as you like with no obligation to upgrade. The paid version includes additional features that provide deeper insights. The app page lists the features of the free and paid versions.

Three reasons NOT to use our app #

The app might not be right for you.

The first reason is if you’re looking for one on one guidance from a mental health professional. The app provides a self paced, step by step workflow. We have a learning section and a community for questions and feedback. If you are looking for personalized guidance this isn’t it. However, if you use the app as well as work with a professional we would love to hear about the experience.

The second reason is that you’re feeling okay almost all of the time, distorted negative thoughts don’t affect you and you don’t want anything to change. Challenging and reframing negative thinking is a skillset that takes time and effort to develop. We believe it is not worth the effort to learn skills you won’t use. We still invite you to try the app, make use of any of the resources available and provide feedback if you like.

The third reason, you already have something that works for you. If what you are currently doing is effective and you’re happy with it, keep doing it. And, if you like, we would appreciate any feedback to improve our app.
